ABOUT LED BACKLIT SIGNS

High-quality custom backlit signs, lit by LED, from a professional sign maker.

LED backlit signs are one of the most popular illuminated signs on the market, and one of the product lines we make. As a full-line sign manufacturer backed by strong production capability and a long, successful track record, we have built custom backlit signs for clients across many industries, using high-performance LEDs and precision-fabricated metal letter shells for a standout glow. We offer two models, Luxury model and Common model; see the full point-by-point comparison below in Compare.

Whether you’re a single business, or an architect or general contractor (GC) sourcing for a large project, we build custom LED backlit signs to your requirements: made exactly to your design, UL Listed, and backed by a 3-year warranty.

What are LED backlit signs?

LED backlit signs, also called halo-lit signs, reverse-lit signs, or backlit channel letters, are custom 3D metal letters or logos lit by LED. Each sign is built from a 3D metal letter shell and an acrylic back-panel, and every separate piece has its own LED lighting and circuit. Light passes out from behind the sign and washes across the wall to form a soft halo, so the letters seem to float off the wall with a strong sense of depth.

A complete LED backlit sign is generally made up of the following parts:

  • Metal letter shell: A hollow 3D metal shell (called a channel in the U.S.), fabricated from 304 stainless steel by default, marine-grade 316 stainless steel for coastal outdoor sites, and aluminum on large backlit signs to cut weight.
  • LED light source: The sign is lit by LED. Depending on the project we use LED modules, strips, or PCB LEDs to suit your custom sign, running on a safe 12V DC supply by default, with a bright output and an LED rated for over 100,000 hours.
  • Acrylic back-panel: The acrylic back-panel closes the shell and works as the light-transmitting layer, letting the LED light spread evenly from inside the shell so there are no visible LED hot spots, for a cleaner, more even look.
  • Wiring and power: Each separate piece includes a quality UL Listed two-core wire that connects the 12V DC positive and negative. By default we use a quality Mean Well power supply to give the whole backlit sign stable power.
  • Mounting: The sign mounts to the wall with stud bolts by default. If it needs to sit off the wall, we also provide spacers to hide the studs and wiring and to set the off-wall distance.

Why LED backlit signage stands out

LED backlit signs stand out through an elegant glow and high contrast that make a brand visible the moment someone looks, day or night. They give round-the-clock brand presence with a sleek, modern look that draws the eye and helps a business stand apart from the signs around it.

What sets LED backlit signage apart from other illuminated signs is how gentle its glow is. Because the light forms a halo on the wall rather than shining directly at the eye, it reads as refined and easy to look at. As light pollution becomes a growing concern, many communities now allow LED backlit signs as their only permitted type of illuminated sign. Even as a halo alone, the effect stays striking after dark, with strong legibility and a long readable distance.

Compared with traditional and non-illuminated signs, LED backlit signs offer several core advantages:

  • All-day visibility: Your brand stays clearly visible at night, in cloudy weather, and in shade, for the strongest impression on everyone who passes.
  • Long-lasting: Long-life LEDs mean fewer replacements and less maintenance over the years.
  • Energy efficient: LED draws very little power, which helps keep ongoing electricity costs low.
  • Premium, modern look: The soft halo gives a high-end, floating look that appeals to today’s customers and suits creative spaces, corporate offices, and retail stores.

Where LED backlit signs are used

LED backlit signs work for storefronts, brand walls, and any business that wants a premium, illuminated presence, indoors or outdoors. Common places include:

They also suit churches, schools, salons, and clinics.

Signs do real work for a business. In a national survey, 68% of consumers said a sign had drawn them in and led them to actually buy something, while 52% said they would not walk into a store whose sign had spelling errors or poor workmanship (per FedEx Office)1. Same wall, same spot: how well the sign is made decides whether it brings you business or keeps people outside. We make UL Listed, high-quality custom backlit signs. Signs that get your brand noticed, and that also hold up when someone walks over for a closer look.

Installation, maintenance, and warranty for your backlit sign

Installation

Plan on a local sign installer or electrician; you can find one on Yelp or Google Maps. Installation involves drilling into the wall and wiring, and a professional install noticeably improves how the sign presents. We provide everything your crew needs to mount it quickly and correctly:

  • A 1:1 mounting template
  • A wiring diagram
  • Installation instructions
  • The mounting hardware and parts you need, such as stud bolts and a Mean Well power supply

Before installation, check the wall material, power location, and wiring exit, and confirm any installation rules with the property manager or landlord.

Maintenance

Maintenance is simple, but the finish should be protected. Wipe it down regularly (say, once a month) with a soft cloth and clean water to keep the finish looking new.

  • Avoid alcohol, solvent-based cleaners, or aggressive chemicals
  • Be careful with painted, powder-coated, plated, brushed, mirror-polished, brass, copper, bronze, or vintage metal finishes
  • Do not pull wiring or open electrical components without professional support

Warranty

Every sign comes with a 3-year warranty covering confirmed, non-human-damaged electrical or lighting issues, with free replacement parts for those issues.

  • Damage from events outside normal use, such as fire or natural disasters, is not covered
  • Need a 5-year warranty? Contact us with your project details, and we’ll tailor a backlit sign solution that fits your needs
  • For most customers, the standard 3-year warranty is more than enough

How to order a custom LED backlit sign from us

However you start, the pricing follows one standard, and we turn what you send into production-ready shop drawings that you approve before we build. The best first step depends on what you already have. See our Workflow for the full step-by-step.

Single business

If you run a single store or business, start with our free quote form; send us what you have and we’ll price it from there.

  • Your design (an AI-generated image works; a vector file is better, but please don’t auto-trace a raster into a vector, as that loses detail)
  • Target sizes
  • A photo of the wall where the sign will go
  • The finish and lighting color temperature you want
  • Quantity and delivery deadline

Get a free quote. With enough detail, you can also email [email protected] directly.

Architect or general contractor (GC)

If you’re an architect or GC, you likely have design documents in place but not yet detailed shop drawings. Send us what you have on hand and we’ll take on the metal backlit sign portion.

  • Your specific sign requirements
  • A vector file of the sign
  • Your delivery deadline

Email your project. More detail on the Project Fabrication page.

Designer

If you’re a designer at the concept stage, we can confirm what’s feasible to build before you finalize the design.

  • Your vector files
  • The sign requirements
  • A photo of the install location

Email us. More detail on the Spec & Resources page.

Custom backlit signs carry your brand, fully personalized to your design.

Every backlit sign is custom made for your brand and carries your brand identity from end to end. Your logo, your text, your typeface, along with the sign’s size, metal finish, lighting color, and mounting, are all built to your design rather than pulled from a stock spec. Because it is made entirely for you, it truly fits what you need and presents your brand exactly the way you want.

Because it is custom, you never have to settle for looking like everyone else. Whether your brand is clean and modern or vintage and classic, the letterforms, the proportions, and the overall feel can follow your style exactly. On the same wall, a custom backlit sign sets your storefront apart from the shops next to it at a glance and makes your brand easier to remember. Whenever a brand needs to be shown accurately and in full, custom is the safest choice.

TWO MODELS

Two Models: Luxury and Common

We offer two LED backlit signs: the Luxury model and the Common model. Both use a metal letter shell and an acrylic back-panel, but their structure differs slightly, and each fits a different position and use case. For the specific differences between the two, see the Compare section below.

Luxury model LED backlit signs

Luxury model

The Luxury model is a more modern backlit sign made possible by newer materials and methods, and it first became popular in the flagship stores of luxury brands such as LV. Its acrylic back-panel is CNC engraved, set partly inside the metal letter shell and partly beyond it, and lit by LED from within. Because a lit acrylic edge is exposed, light emits directly from the side where the eye can see it, so brightness and halo are both stronger and barely depend on wall reflection, holding a bright, dimensional glow even mounted flush. It is a premium choice for a refined glow, and it performs beautifully both for close-up display and for stronger legibility outdoors.

  • Part of the acrylic back-panel is exposed outside the metal shell
  • Can mount flush against the wall or off it
  • Excellent, clean close-up display in premium interiors, and works outdoors too
Luxury details
Common model LED backlit signs

Common model

The Common model is the most common and most classic metal backlit sign, with a simple, proven structure, strong value, reliable weather resistance, and steady lighting. Its acrylic back-panel is laser cut and set fully inside the metal letter shell, hidden from the side; mounted a set distance off the wall, its light passes through the panel onto the wall behind the letters and reflects into a soft halo, so the glow is gentler and depends more on the wall’s reflectivity. Compared with older versions of this sign, today’s shell fabrication is finer, and LED has replaced the neon of the past, improving both the lighting and the service life. Because less acrylic is exposed, heat dissipates better, and it resists warping from temperature swings, this structure is the top recommendation for extreme climates, very large signs, and curved facades.

  • The acrylic back-panel sits completely within the metal shell, out of sight from the side
  • Has to sit a set gap off the wall
  • The safer choice for extreme climates, very large signs, curved facades, and budget-conscious projects
Common details

Outdoor backlit signs turn passersby into customers.

An outdoor sign’s first job is to turn people walking by into customers who walk in. It has to read at a glance from the street and from moving traffic, so letter height is set to the viewing distance (a common rule of thumb is about 1 inch of letter height for every 10 feet of readable distance), and it has to be large enough to read from a car. In a national shopper study, 90.9% of people agreed that sign letters should be large enough to read from a passing car (per BrandSpark)3. That readability drives real business: in a national survey, 76% of consumers had walked into a store they had never visited before because of its signage (per FedEx Office)1; and across the research SRF has gathered, about 60% of businesses surveyed reported roughly a 10% sales lift after adding or replacing signage, adding a single sign brought about a 4.75% sales increase, and updating old signage lifted weekly sales by about 5%, reaching 15% at stores that had been underperforming (per SRF, The Economic Value of On-Premise Signage; all case-study results)2.

Our backlit signs hold up well to weather, which makes them a reliable choice for outdoor illuminated signs. We are careful about materials: for coastal or high-salt sites we use marine-grade 316 stainless steel, which contains 2 to 3 percent molybdenum (per ASTM A240)4 to resist the chloride pitting that corrodes ordinary steel near the sea. Whether the weather brings steady rain, high heat, hard freezes, or blowing sand, we plan the finish, sealing, drainage, and power-supply location around your local climate so your sign keeps working over the long term. It is a strong fit for storefronts, building facades, hotels, restaurants, auto dealerships, and any outdoor brand wall that has to stand out day and night.

COMPARE

Compare the two models

Both the Luxury model and the Common model use a metal letter shell: the shell face is first laser cut, then laser welded and fabricated into the finished shell. The real differences between the two are in structure and in how the light comes out. Below is a point-by-point comparison of these two LED backlit signs to help you understand them and choose.

WORKFLOW

How the quote and production workflow works

From project brief to shop drawings, production, the 24-hour light test, and tracked delivery, every custom LED backlit sign moves through clear approval gates.

Step01

first reply within one business daySend your logo, wording, target size, wall photo, mounting surface, and reference images.

Send us your logo, text, target sizes, a wall photo, the mounting surface, and any reference images. Every backlit sign is custom, so sizes, materials, finish, lighting, environment, and destination all change the price and feasibility; the more complete your first message, the faster and more accurate the quote.

How to reach us

start from the free quote form at ledbacklitsigns.com/free-quote/ (the form does not take attachments yet); after we reply, email your logo, wall photo, and reference images, or email us directly from the Contact section. If you don’t hear back within a day, check your spam folder; if we don’t hear from you within three days, we follow up on WhatsApp.

What to include

  • your logo or text
  • target sizes and quantity
  • indoor or outdoor
  • one photo of the install wall
  • finish direction and lighting color
  • LED type (single-color, RGB, or WRGB)
  • destination city and country
  • any opening or installation deadline
Step02

usually within one business day of receiving complete informationWe check model fit, material, lighting, installation condition, and shipping context before quoting.

Before we quote, we check model fit, materials, lighting, mounting conditions, and shipping. If a design cannot be built as intended, we tell you why and offer alternatives that keep the effect; small adjustments (enlarging letters, widening thin strokes, adding support) are noted in the quote.

The quote includes

  • a PDF quote
  • a dimensioned drawing
  • a rendering
  • reference photos of similar projects
  • production and shipping times with an estimated total lead time
  • a note on import duties

Installation and electrical

we are a factory in China and do not include installation; signs ship UL Listed with a Mean Well power supply. Local approvals, on-site measurement, wall preparation, and final wiring are handled by your installer or electrician.

Step03

as soon as you approve the quote and payPayment activates pre-production confirmation, not blind manufacturing.

Payment activates the pre-production confirmation, not blind fabrication. We accept PayPal only; bank transfers, checks, and cards all go through PayPal, which charges a 4.4% + $0.30 fee that you cover, while our quote covers production and shipping.

To get started we need

  • the recipient’s name
  • a mobile number registered on WhatsApp
  • a street address (no PO boxes)
  • your PayPal email

Payment activates the order but does not start production; the next step is shop drawing confirmation.

Step04

usually about three business days after paymentProduction-ready shop drawings are confirmed before cutting, welding, wiring, or assembly begins.

This is the most important gate before production. We prepare production-ready shop drawings from the quote you approved, and we build exactly to what you approve.

The drawings confirm

  • overall width, height, and depth
  • letter construction
  • materials and finish
  • mounting method, wiring exits, and stud-bolt positions
  • LED type and color temperature
  • the exact color-match values

Production timing starts from drawing approval, not from payment, so a delay in confirming pushes delivery back; changing sizes, materials, colors, or construction after approval means a new quote and new drawings.

Step05

most standard orders are done about 15 business days after drawing approvalWe manufacture the LED backlit signs to the confirmed specification.

We build to the confirmed specs, not to guesswork; large, complex, or high-volume orders can take longer.

How it’s built

we cut and form the metal shells, weld and finish the surface, prepare the acrylic panels, install the LED system and internal wiring, then complete final assembly and internal inspection. Electroplated and chemically etched finishes are produced by specialist partners. Changes after production starts can mean rework, added cost, and delay.

Step06

as soon as production is completeWe send finished-product photos so the customer can check appearance before shipping.

Before packing, we send finished photos for your approval, and we do not ship until you confirm. This confirms appearance, finish, construction, and lighting effect; it is not a second round of design. Please reply promptly, because as soon as you confirm we pack and protect the sign right away; repeated unpacking on a mirror-polished finish raises the risk of surface damage, which is a physical limit we cannot fully avoid.

Step07

we run a 24-hour continuous light test before shippingThe sign runs through a burn-in lighting test before packing starts.

While you review the finished photos, the sign runs its 24-hour light test.

The test covers

  • LED function and brightness stability
  • even, consistent light
  • secure wiring
  • correct power-supply matching
  • any fault after extended running

Anything that fails is repaired and the full 24 hours are run again; we pack and release only after the test passes and you have confirmed the photos.

Step08

arranged as soon as the sign is released and packedWe pack the signage, arrange shipping, and send tracking information.

We pack, ship, and send a tracking number.

In the box

  • the sign itself
  • a 1:1 mounting template
  • a wiring diagram
  • installation instructions
  • mounting hardware
  • the power supply

How it ships

DHL door-to-door by default, with import duties on you, arriving in about a week to most non-remote areas. DHL clears customs and sends you the duty amount over WhatsApp; before paying, verify any duty request with official DHL using the tracking number (scam messages imitate customs notices); if you’d rather not handle duties separately, you can choose DDP air freight; and we do not ship on a customer’s own DHL, UPS, or FedEx account.

Indoor backlit signs build the trust that closes the sale.

Indoor signs are seen up close. At the elevator, at the reception desk, waiting for a coffee, the edges, the seams, and every texture of the finish are right there in front of your visitors, and they shape how you are judged. About one in three (34%) North American shoppers link the quality of a sign to the quality of the store and its products (per SRF, The Economic Value of On-Premise Signage)2; and 85.7% of consumers agree that a sign conveys the personality of a business (per BrandSpark)3. For an indoor sign, that first impression is often where the sale begins.

Because it has to hold up to a close look, we are meticulous about the craft: even unlit, the sign reads like a finely made piece of art. The finish options are wide. Base finishes include mirror, brushed, and vibration finish. Custom colors come in paint or powder coat (color-matched to Pantone, RAL, SW, MP, in gloss, matte, or semi-matte). Plated metal colors include gold, rose gold, brass, bronze, copper, and black titanium. Special effects such as antique and wood-grain transfer are also available. This wide range of finishes opens up far more visual possibilities for your indoor LED backlit signs.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about LED backlit signs

Categories stay visible on the left, while detailed questions open on the right, matching the existing homepage behavior but with cleaner content structure.

General

Our factory is in Shanghai, China, and we make custom LED backlit signs for projects across the United States and Canada. Our team works to U.S. electrical practice and the UL system, so your sign is ready to hand to a local installer on arrival. The Contact section lists our company name, address, business hours, and email.

Yes. Our metal-fabricated signs are built for both indoor and outdoor use. Tell us the environment early so we can plan the right materials, finish, LED system, and power supply. Special conditions (coastal air, high heat, heavy rain) call for a little extra planning, covered in the next answer.

Yes, and it’s best to tell us before we quote, because it changes the materials and the price.

  • Coastal or near-shore walls: we quote marine-grade 316 stainless steel to resist salt corrosion.
  • Very hot, very cold, or high-rainfall sites: climate affects material choice, sealing, drainage, and power-supply location.
  • At extreme-climate sites, we usually recommend the Common model first (it sheds heat better and carries a lower risk of exposed-acrylic warping from temperature swings); for large letters with wide strokes or sustained high heat, we add reinforcing support inside the shell to prevent oil canning and keep the surface flat.

Design

Yes. We turn your logo and brand fonts into a 3D metal sign, and the exact shape on the wall is yours. Vector artwork is best; a clear image, sketch, or AI rendering is enough to start. We confirm the shop drawings before production.

Vector files are best, because they scale cleanly to any size.

  • Best: AI, CDR, EPS, PDF, or SVG.
  • To start a quote: a high-resolution JPG, PNG, or GIF is fine.
  • No vector file? Send the text plus your font files.

A raster cannot be used for production, so we redraw it as a vector, which may change small details. One important note: do not use software or online tools to auto-trace a raster into a vector; auto-traced vectors lose a lot of detail, and a high-resolution raster is the better choice. For the cleanest result, send vector files or font files whenever you can.

Yes, as a reference. Please also send a flat, straight-on 2D version with no lighting effects or perspective, so we can read your fonts, proportions, and construction. With Claude: ask in the same conversation which fonts it used, and it will usually tell you. With ChatGPT: it often “draws” letters rather than using real fonts, so it usually can’t give exact font names.

Yes. We color-match to swatches (Pantone, RAL, SW, MP). Please send exact color numbers rather than general names like “gold” or “warm white,” because the result shifts with material, finish, and lighting. We mark the values on the shop drawings and build to them once you confirm.

OptionWhat it isBest for
Single-colorWhite (warm, natural, or cool), red, yellow, blue, or greenOne fixed color
RGBMixes the three primariesColor-changing effects
WRGBRGB plus a dedicated white channelRicher tones and cleaner white

Other single colors (such as purple or amber) are produced by mixing. The right shade of white depends on your market and setting: some markets prefer warm white, others a cooler, brighter white. Tell us your location and the look you want, and we’ll recommend a color temperature.

Yes, but choose blue with your eyes open. Blue is a short-wavelength color, and the eye is far less sensitive to it than to white, yellow, or green, so a blue halo reads dimmer on the wall, especially in daylight or at a distance. One more thing matters: blue backlit signs in photos and videos usually look more vivid and eye-catching than they do in person, so don’t set your color from someone else’s images alone; it’s best to judge from a real object you have seen with your own eyes. We can advise on color choice, but we don’t provide finished photos (photos distort the same way and can’t serve as a true reference).

Quote

Send whatever you have; the first three matter most: your logo or text; one photo of the install wall; target sizes, quantity, and destination; indoor or outdoor; finish preference and lighting color; and your deadline.

The wall’s material, color, texture, available power-supply location, and weather exposure all affect the halo, the mounting method, and the accuracy of the quote. It isn’t used for anything else, and a single phone photo of the actual install spot is enough.

Payment

PayPal only. Through PayPal you can pay by bank transfer, check, or card. PayPal charges a 4.4% + $0.30 fee that you cover; our quote covers production and shipping.

PayPal seller protection requires us to ship to the details you provide, and the invoice goes to your PayPal email. DHL contacts you over WhatsApp, so we need a mobile number registered on WhatsApp, and the address cannot be a PO box. Please confirm these before paying, because incomplete details hold up the invoice, order start, customs clearance, or final delivery.

No. Payment activates the order and we prepare the shop drawings. Production starts only after you approve them.

Production

Most standard orders are made in about 15 business days after drawing approval, with a total of roughly 25 days, and DHL reaches most non-remote areas in about a week. Large or complex signs can take longer, and your total time also depends on how quickly you confirm the drawings and finished photos.

Sometimes, and at no extra charge, as long as it doesn’t delay other customers’ orders. Tell us your opening date, event, or installation appointment at first contact so we can confirm feasibility.

Yes: production starts after you approve the shop drawings, and shipping happens after you approve the finished photos. Changing sizes, materials, or colors after drawing approval requires a new quote and new drawings.

Yes. We send finished photos so you can confirm appearance, finish, and construction before packing. This is your quality check, not a stage for changing the design.

Every sign goes through a 24-hour continuous light test. We check LED function, brightness, even light, wiring, and the power supply; anything that fails is repaired and the full 24 hours are run again before packing.

Shipping

DHL door-to-door by default, with import duties on you and not included in the price, arriving in about a week to most non-remote areas. DHL clears customs and sends you the duty amount over WhatsApp; if you’d rather not handle duties separately, you can choose DDP air freight.

Verify it first, because online scams imitate customs notices: contact official DHL directly, give them the tracking number, and pay through official channels once the amount is confirmed. Never pay from an unknown text, link, or number; duties are collected by your country’s customs, not by us.

Yes. Once the sign is packed and released for shipping, we send you a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

No. International custom signs involve packing, customs paperwork, tracking, and exception handling, so we keep our own shipping arrangements to stay in control of clearance and support.

Installation

Installation is not included (we are a factory in China), so please arrange a local sign installer or licensed electrician. We provide a 1:1 template, shop drawings, mounting hardware, and installation instructions. On-site measurement, approvals, wall preparation, and final wiring are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes. Whether it’s applied and where depends on indoor versus outdoor use and on your property’s requirements.

  • Outdoor signs: as UL Listed electrical signs, and following the general requirements of the UL system, outdoor signs carry a UL Listed label; by default we place it on the top of the sign or in an inconspicuous spot, so it doesn’t get in the way of a property inspection or affect the look in customer-facing areas.
  • Indoor signs, property requires the label: an indoor sign is viewed up close, with almost no hidden spot to place a label. On the letter shell, the property can inspect it, but your audience sees it too; on the back, the audience won’t see it, but the property can’t inspect it either. The best practice is to place it on the back, but be sure to have the property inspect and confirm it before installation, otherwise it can’t be checked afterward and you may be asked to take the sign down for re-inspection.
  • Indoor signs, property does not require the label: we suggest leaving it off. A label on a clean finish affects the look, and label adhesive is very sticky and hard to remove, so removing it improperly can easily damage the finish.

Confirm all of this with your property before you order, to be safe.

Yes. The sign ships as a complete UL Listed set, and the Mean Well power supply is UL Listed too. The sign runs on a 12V DC LED system; the default power supply is the Mean Well LPV-60-12; outdoor signs use a Class 2 rated power supply; and the exact model is matched to your sign’s wattage. Wall wiring, switching, and final connections are arranged locally by a licensed electrician.

Not directly. Some U.S. outdoor and landscape systems supply 12V AC, while our signs run on 12V DC, and a 12V AC supply won’t drive the sign correctly. You would need a separate 12V AC to 12V DC converter, matched to the sign; we don’t supply it, so please buy it locally in the U.S. Normally the sign runs on a standard 110V AC line through the UL Listed Mean Well power supply we include. If your only power source is a 12V AC landscape line, tell us in advance.

Yes. We can supply dimmer, photocell, and timer accessories, but they usually have to match your lighting system design, so tell us the details before production. If you’ve already specified a model, share it, such as the Intermatic EK4000 series photocell (its mounting location is set by your architect) or the Intermatic ET90000 series time clock (usually best bought locally). Wiring note: a standard single-color LED sign has just two wires (12V DC positive and negative), while RGB and WRGB add a separate signal control wire; any control has to be planned before production so the sign is wired for it.

Often yes, so confirm before you order. Approval can involve size, color, brightness, location, installation, electrical, and permits. Ask your landlord or property manager for the “Signage Criteria” or “Tenant Handbook.” We adjust the drawings to your requirements, but local approvals themselves are the customer’s responsibility.

A Common model usually mounts about 3/8 to 3/4 in (10 to 20 mm) off the wall, so light reflects off the wall behind the letters and forms a clean halo.

After Sales

Three years on the sign, covering confirmed, non-human-damaged electrical or lighting issues, with free replacement parts for those issues. Damage from events outside normal use, such as fire or natural disasters, is not covered. The Mean Well power supply is UL Listed and matched to your sign. Need a 5-year term? Contact us with your project details and we’ll tailor a solution to fit.

Clean with a soft cloth and clean water, and avoid alcohol, solvent cleaners, and harsh chemicals. Take extra care with these finishes: painted and powder-coated; plated and brushed; mirror-polished; brass, copper, and bronze; and vintage finishes.

Don’t install it, and contact us right away. If the outer box is damaged, photograph it before opening, keep the packaging, labels, and tracking number, and take photos and videos of the problem.

Have your installer pause, and contact us with photos, videos, your order information, and a description of the problem. We help diagnose it against your shop drawings, factory photos, and 24-hour light test records.

Production starts only after you sign off on the shop drawings, and we build exactly to them. No guesswork, no surprises.

You see the quality before it ships

Every sign goes through a 24-hour light test, and we send finished photos for your approval before packing. You can inspect it while it is still with us.

3-year warranty

We cover confirmed, non-human-damaged electrical or lighting issues for three years, and we keep supporting you after delivery, not only up to payment.

Delivered to your door

By default we ship DHL door-to-door, tracked the whole way, with customs clearance handled by us. It is our proven preferred method over more than 20 years, getting your sign safely to your door.
