BACKLIT CHANNEL LETTERS

Custom Backlit Channel Letters, Built to Your Design

We build custom backlit channel letters to your logo, fonts, and sizes: 3D metal letter shells with low-voltage LEDs inside, so the light washes from behind the letters onto the wall and forms a soft halo.

Send us your artwork and we’ll quote in about one business day; we start production only after you confirm the shop drawings, and the finished set ships UL Listed with a 3-year warranty.

ABOUT BACKLIT CHANNEL LETTERS

Plan your project around backlit channel letters.

As a professional sign maker, we build high-quality backlit channel letters, custom-made to your needs and lit by LED: safe, reliable, excellent on display, UL Listed, and covered by a 3-year warranty.

Once you confirm the shop drawings, production typically takes about 15 business days, and DHL door-to-door delivery adds about a week, roughly 25 days from approval to your door.

What are backlit channel letters?

With backlit channel letters, each letter has its own light source and its own circuit: a hollow metal letter shell (called a channel in the U.S.) with LEDs inside. Light passes through the acrylic backing and forms a halo in the shape of each letter on the wall, so the sign highlights your brand while staying elegant, lit or unlit, indoors or outdoors. The metal letter shells are made from 304 stainless steel by default, marine-grade 316 for coastal outdoor sites, and aluminum on large letters to cut weight. Every set is built to your exact design, so it truly fits your needs.

Common applications and related pages

Backlit channel letters are widely used on storefronts, brand walls, office reception areas, restaurants and hotels, and building facades, both indoors and outdoors. Here are a few typical industries where they are applied.

A well-made set of channel letters with a strong glow makes your storefront easier to spot and remember from the sidewalk. Signs do bring customers: in a national survey, 76% of consumers had walked into a store they had never visited before because of its signage (per FedEx Office)1.

What we need for your custom project

Design file
A vector file is best. A high-resolution raster or an AI-generated flat image also works for a quote. Do not auto-trace a raster into a vector with software: much of the detail is lost, so send the high-resolution raster instead.
Property sign rules
Before any design work starts, check the sign rules with your property, landlord, or property manager: the allowed size range, any finish or color requirements, light color temperature limits, and the required mounting method. If the property has written sign criteria, send them to us directly, and both the quote and the shop drawings will follow them.
Sizes
Stay within the sign size range your property allows. Readability sets the floor: in a national shopper study, 90.9% agreed that sign letters should be large enough to read from a passing car (per BrandSpark)3. If your sign serves as or includes address numbers, the U.S. model building and fire codes (IRC R319.1 for residential, IFC and IBC 505.1 for commercial) set a minimum for address numbers: a model-code floor of about 4 inches (102 mm) in height and a 0.5 inch (12.7 mm) stroke width5. Some jurisdictions require larger, so always follow your local rules.
Wall
Send a photo of where the backlit channel letters will be installed, so we can plan the right mounting method and advise on the light color temperature.
Power
Tell us the power available (AC or DC) and the voltage, so we can match the right Mean Well power supply for you.
Indoor or outdoor
Describe exactly where the sign will be installed, whether indoors, outdoors, or on a coastal site. For an outdoor sign in an extreme climate (high heat, heavy rain, cold, or dust), please tell us before we lock the production details.
Finish
  • Mirror polished
  • Brushed
  • Vibration finish
  • Painted or powder-coated color, in gloss, semi-gloss, or matte (tell us the exact color and we color-match to Pantone, RAL, SW, or MP swatches)
  • Plated metal colors (gold, black titanium, copper, and more)
  • Special effects such as wood grain, antique, and marble look
Light color
  • White
  • Warm white
  • Red, yellow, blue, or green
  • Adjustable color (RGB / WRGB)

Choosing your model: Luxury or Common

Backlit channel letters come in two models, Luxury and Common. See the point-by-point comparison in Compare below.

Installation and electrical

Installation

  • We recommend a professional installer: the job involves drilling the wall, setting stud bolts, routing wires, placing the power supply, and low-voltage wiring.
  • We provide the 1:1 template, the wiring diagram, and the installation instructions.
  • The Common model usually needs off-wall mounting for the reflected halo to form.

Power supply

  • The power supply usually sits behind the wall or above the ceiling.
  • The Mean Well power supply needs a spot that can shed heat and stays accessible for service.
  • For U.S. projects, we plan a 12V DC low-voltage system with a UL Listed power supply before production.

Outdoor planning

  • 304 stainless steel by default; marine-grade 316 for coastal or near-coast sites.
  • In rainy regions we plan waterproof LEDs and drainage holes, and we detail the edges to prevent light leaks.

Backlit channel letters FAQ notes

How do I set the letter height?
Within the sign size your property allows, start from the viewing distance. As a rule of thumb, a letter stays readable up to about 120 times its height (for example, a 1-inch letter reads clearly within about 10 feet), though stroke width and ambient light matter too.
How do I set the overall size?
Within the size your property allows, and to keep a balanced look, we usually use the golden ratio or a half-width relationship, so the sign width is roughly 38.2%, 50%, or 61.8% of the wall width.
Which fonts work well?
Readable fonts with enough stroke width are the safe choice. Very thin, highly decorative, or tightly spaced fonts reduce readability and manufacturability.
Can they be customized?
Yes. We customize to your brand name, logo, brand colors, finish direction, light color, sizes, and installation conditions.
Can they go outdoors?
Yes, but confirm climate exposure, wall conditions, waterproof LED planning, drainage, and material choice early.

Your backlit channel letters, fully custom to your design.

Every set of backlit channel letters we make is custom, not picked from a catalog. Fonts, sizes, light color, and mounting all follow your logo and your brand. The finish is a full range of options: mirror polished, brushed, vibration finish, painted or powder-coated color, plated metal colors (gold, black titanium, copper), and special effects such as wood grain, antique, and marble look. When you need a custom color, we color-match to physical swatches (Pantone, RAL, SW, MP), so the letters on your wall look exactly the way your brand should.

Custom does not mean you carry the risk. Before production, we draw the overall width, height, and depth, the letter construction, the materials and finish, the mounting method, and the exact color values into the shop drawings; we start only after you confirm, and we build exactly to the drawings. Before shipping, every set passes a 24-hour light test, and we pack it only after you have seen the finished photos. You stay informed and in control throughout, and what you receive is the exact set you personally approved.

COMPARE

Compare the two models

Both the Luxury model and the Common model use a metal sign shell: the metal sign shell face is first laser cut, then laser welded and fabricated into the finished metal sign shell. The real differences between the two are in structure and in how the light comes out. Below is a point-by-point comparison of these two LED backlit signs to help you understand them and choose.

WORKFLOW

How the quote and production workflow works

From project brief to shop drawings, production, the 24-hour light test, and tracked delivery, every custom LED backlit sign moves through clear approval gates.

Step01

first reply within one business daySend your logo, wording, target size, wall photo, mounting surface, and reference images.

Send us your logo, text, target sizes, a wall photo, the mounting surface, and any reference images. Every backlit sign is custom, so sizes, materials, finish, lighting, environment, and destination all change the price and feasibility; the more complete your first message, the faster and more accurate the quote.

How to reach us

start from the free quote form at https://www.ledbacklitsigns.com/free-quote/ (the form does not take attachments yet); after we reply, email your logo, wall photo, and reference images, or email us directly from the Contact section. If you don’t hear back within a day, check your spam folder; if we don’t hear from you within three days, we follow up on WhatsApp.

What to include

  • your logo or text
  • target sizes and quantity
  • indoor or outdoor
  • one photo of the install wall
  • finish direction and lighting color
  • LED type (single-color, RGB, or WRGB)
  • destination city and country
  • any opening or installation deadline
Step02

usually within one business day of receiving complete informationWe check model fit, material, lighting, installation condition, and shipping context before quoting.

Before we quote, we check model fit, materials, lighting, mounting conditions, and shipping. If a design cannot be built as intended, we tell you why and offer alternatives that keep the effect; small adjustments (enlarging letters, widening thin strokes, adding support) are noted in the quote.

The quote includes

  • a PDF quote
  • a dimensioned drawing
  • a rendering
  • reference photos of similar projects
  • production and shipping times with an estimated total lead time
  • a note on import duties

Installation and electrical

we are a factory in China and do not include installation; signs ship UL Listed with a Mean Well power supply. Local approvals, on-site measurement, wall preparation, and final wiring are handled by your installer or electrician.

Step03

as soon as you approve the quote and payPayment activates pre-production confirmation, not blind manufacturing.

Payment activates the pre-production confirmation, not blind fabrication. We accept PayPal only; bank transfers, checks, and cards all go through PayPal, which charges a 4.4% + $0.30 fee that you cover, while our quote covers production and shipping.

To get started we need

  • the recipient’s name
  • a mobile number registered on WhatsApp
  • a street address (no PO boxes)
  • your PayPal email

Payment activates the order but does not start production; the next step is shop drawing confirmation.

Step04

usually about three business days after paymentProduction-ready shop drawings are confirmed before cutting, welding, wiring, or assembly begins.

This is the most important gate before production. We prepare production-ready shop drawings from the quote you approved, and we build exactly to what you approve.

The drawings confirm

  • overall width, height, and depth
  • letter construction
  • materials and finish
  • mounting method, wiring exits, and stud-bolt positions
  • LED type and color temperature
  • the exact color-match values

Production timing starts from drawing approval, not from payment, so a delay in confirming pushes delivery back; changing sizes, materials, colors, or construction after approval means a new quote and new drawings.

Step05

most standard orders are done about 15 business days after drawing approvalWe manufacture the LED backlit signs to the confirmed specification.

We build to the confirmed specs, not to guesswork; large, complex, or high-volume orders can take longer.

How it’s built

we cut and form the metal sign shells, weld and finish the surface, prepare the acrylic panels, install the LED system and internal wiring, then complete final assembly and internal inspection. Electroplated and chemically etched finishes are produced by specialist partners. Changes after production starts can mean rework, added cost, and delay.

Step06

as soon as production is completeWe send finished-product photos so the customer can check appearance before shipping.

Before packing, we send finished photos for your approval, and we do not ship until you confirm. This confirms appearance, finish, construction, and lighting effect; it is not a second round of design. Please reply promptly, because as soon as you confirm we pack and protect the sign right away; repeated unpacking on a mirror-polished finish raises the risk of surface damage, which is a physical limit we cannot fully avoid.

Step07

we run a 24-hour continuous light test before shippingThe sign runs through a burn-in lighting test before packing starts.

While you review the finished photos, the sign runs its 24-hour light test.

The test covers

  • LED function and brightness stability
  • even, consistent light
  • secure wiring
  • correct power-supply matching
  • any fault after extended running

Anything that fails is repaired and the full 24 hours are run again; we pack and release only after the test passes and you have confirmed the photos.

Step08

arranged as soon as the sign is released and packedWe pack the signage, arrange shipping, and send tracking information.

We pack, ship, and send a tracking number.

In the box

  • the sign itself
  • a 1:1 mounting template
  • a wiring diagram
  • installation instructions
  • mounting hardware
  • the power supply

How it ships

DHL door-to-door by default, with import duties on you, arriving in about a week to most non-remote areas. DHL clears customs and sends you the duty amount over WhatsApp; before paying, verify any duty request with official DHL using the tracking number (scam messages imitate customs notices); if you’d rather not handle duties separately, you can choose DDP air freight; and we do not ship on a customer’s own DHL, UPS, or FedEx account.

Steady outdoors: built for sun, rain, and wind.

Outdoor backlit channel letters have to stand up to sun, rain, and temperature swings. We use 304 stainless steel by default, switch to marine-grade 316 for coastal or high-salt sites: its 2 to 3 percent molybdenum (per ASTM A240)4 resists the chloride pitting that salt air works into ordinary steel, and can run large letters in aluminum (on the Common path) to cut weight. In rainy regions we plan waterproof LEDs, drainage, and edge detailing to prevent light leaks. Tell us the installation environment, and we set the materials and finish around it.

Outdoor signs run on waterproof low-voltage 12V DC LEDs with a UL Listed Mean Well power supply, so a local electrician can wire them to code. We plan the power supply location, wire routing, and heat dissipation together, so the sign glows reliably for the long term. For extreme-climate sites we usually recommend the Common model first: it sheds heat better, exposes less acrylic, and carries a lower risk of warping from temperature swings. That way, they stay clear and good-looking outdoors, day and night.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about LED backlit signs

Categories stay visible on the left, while detailed questions open on the right, matching the existing homepage behavior but with cleaner content structure.

General

Our factory is in Shanghai, China, and we make custom LED backlit signs for projects across the United States and Canada. Our team works to U.S. electrical practice and the UL system, so your sign is ready to hand to a local installer on arrival. The Contact section lists our company name, address, business hours, and email.

Yes, our backlit signs are suitable for outdoor use, both the “Luxury” and “Common” models function perfectly outdoors.

Tell us the environment early so we can plan the right materials, finish, LED system, and power supply.

The metal sign shells are made of 304 stainless steel by default, though 316 stainless steel is used for coastal areas to prevent corrosion from airborne salt. For large backlit signs, aluminum is used to fabricate the metal shells.

If your sign is intended for outdoor use, please specify this when placing your order so that appropriate weather-resistant treatments can be applied. Additionally, UL labels will be affixed to each individual component in compliance with UL certification requirements.

Yes, and it’s best to tell us before we quote, because it changes the materials and the price.

  • Coastal or near-shore walls: we quote marine-grade 316 stainless steel to resist salt corrosion.
  • Very hot, very cold, or high-rainfall sites: climate affects material choice, sealing, drainage, and power-supply location.
  • At extreme-climate sites, we usually recommend the Common model first (it sheds heat better and carries a lower risk of exposed-acrylic warping from temperature swings); for large letters with wide strokes or sustained high heat, we add reinforcing support inside the metal sign shell to prevent oil canning and keep the surface flat.

Design

Yes. We turn your logo and brand fonts into a LED backlit sign with 3D metal signs shell, and the exact shape on the wall is yours.

Vector artwork is best, a clear image, sketch, or AI rendering is enough to start. We confirm the shop drawings before production.

Vector files are best, because they scale cleanly to any size.

  • Best: AI, CDR, EPS, PDF, or SVG.
  • To start a quote: a high-resolution JPG, PNG, or GIF is fine.
  • No vector file? Send the text plus your font files.

A raster cannot be used for production, so we redraw it as a vector, which may change small details.

One important note: do not use software or online tools to auto-trace a raster into a vector, auto-traced vectors lose a lot of detail, and a high-resolution raster is the better choice. For the cleanest result, send vector files or font files whenever you can.

Yes, as a reference. Please also send a flat, straight-on 2D version with no lighting effects or perspective, so we can read your fonts, proportions, and construction.

  • With Claude: ask in the same conversation which fonts it used, and it will usually tell you.
  • With ChatGPT: it often “draws” letters rather than using real fonts, so it usually can’t give exact font names.

You can simply copy and paste this prompt directly into your original AI chat:

Please generate a flat, 2D graphic version of this precise design. Remove all glowing effects, neon lights, shadows, and 3D environment rendering. Keep the exact same text and font, but show only the clean flat graphics/logo on a plain white background.

Yes. We color-match to swatches (Pantone, RAL, SW, MP).

Please send exact color numbers rather than general names like “gold” or “warm white,” because the result shifts with material, finish, and lighting. We mark the values on the shop drawings and build to them once you confirm.

OptionWhat it isBest for
Single-colorWhite (warm, natural, or cool), red, yellow, blue, or greenOne fixed color
RGBMixes the three primariesColor-changing effects
WRGBRGB plus a dedicated white channelRicher tones and cleaner white

Other single colors (such as purple or amber) are produced by mixing. The right shade of white depends on your market and setting: some markets prefer warm white, others a cooler, brighter white. Tell us your location and the look you want, and we’ll recommend a color temperature.

Yes, but choose blue with your eyes open. Blue is a short-wavelength color, and the eye is far less sensitive to it than to white, yellow, or green, so a blue halo reads dimmer on the wall, especially in daylight or at a distance. One more thing matters: blue backlit signs in photos and videos usually look more vivid and eye-catching than they do in person, so don’t set your color from someone else’s images alone; it’s best to judge from a real object you have seen with your own eyes. We can advise on color choice, but photos aren’t a reliable way to judge color — they distort it the same way — so it’s best to decide your color from a physical swatch rather than from images.

Quote

Send whatever you have; the first three matter most: your logo or text; one photo of the install wall; target sizes, quantity, and destination; indoor or outdoor; finish preference and lighting color; and your deadline.

The wall’s material, color, texture, available power-supply location, and weather exposure all affect the halo, the mounting method, and the accuracy of the quote. It isn’t used for anything else, and a single phone photo of the actual install spot is enough.

Payment

PayPal only. Through PayPal you can pay by bank transfer, check, or card. PayPal charges a 4.4% + $0.30 fee that you cover; our quote covers production and shipping.

PayPal seller protection requires us to ship to the details you provide, and the invoice goes to your PayPal email. DHL contacts you over WhatsApp, so we need a mobile number registered on WhatsApp, and the address cannot be a PO box. Please confirm these before paying, because incomplete details hold up the invoice, order start, customs clearance, or final delivery.

No. Payment activates the order and we prepare the shop drawings. Production starts only after you approve them.

Production

Most standard orders are made in about 15 business days after drawing approval, with a total of roughly 25 days, and DHL reaches most non-remote areas in about a week. Large or complex signs can take longer, and your total time also depends on how quickly you confirm the drawings and finished photos.

Sometimes, and at no extra charge, as long as it doesn’t delay other customers’ orders. Tell us your opening date, event, or installation appointment at first contact so we can confirm feasibility.

Yes: production starts after you approve the shop drawings, and shipping happens after you approve the finished photos. Changing sizes, materials, or colors after drawing approval requires a new quote and new drawings.

Yes. We send finished photos so you can confirm appearance, finish, and construction before packing. This is your quality check, not a stage for changing the design.

Every sign goes through a 24-hour continuous light test. We check LED function, brightness, even light, wiring, and the power supply; anything that fails is repaired and the full 24 hours are run again before packing.

Shipping

DHL door-to-door by default, with import duties on you and not included in the price, arriving in about a week to most non-remote areas. DHL clears customs and sends you the duty amount over WhatsApp; if you’d rather not handle duties separately, you can choose DDP air freight.

Verify it first, because online scams imitate customs notices: contact official DHL directly, give them the tracking number, and pay through official channels once the amount is confirmed. Never pay from an unknown text, link, or number; duties are collected by your country’s customs, not by us.

Yes. Once the sign is packed and released for shipping, we send you a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

No. International custom signs involve packing, customs paperwork, tracking, and exception handling, so we keep our own shipping arrangements to stay in control of clearance and support.

Installation

Installation is not included (we are a factory in China), so please arrange a local sign installer or licensed electrician. We provide a 1:1 template, shop drawings, mounting hardware, and installation instructions. On-site measurement, approvals, wall preparation, and final wiring are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes. Whether it’s applied and where depends on indoor versus outdoor use and on your property’s requirements.

  • Outdoor signs: as UL Listed electrical signs, and following the general requirements of the UL system, outdoor signs carry a UL Listed label; by default we place it on the top of the sign or in an inconspicuous spot, so it doesn’t get in the way of a property inspection or affect the look in customer-facing areas.
  • Indoor signs, property requires the label: an indoor sign is viewed up close, with almost no hidden spot to place a label. On the metal sign shell, the property can inspect it, but your audience sees it too; on the back, the audience won’t see it, but the property can’t inspect it either. The best practice is to place it on the back, but be sure to have the property inspect and confirm it before installation, otherwise it can’t be checked afterward and you may be asked to take the sign down for re-inspection.
  • Indoor signs, property does not require the label: we suggest leaving it off. A label on a clean finish affects the look, and label adhesive is very sticky and hard to remove, so removing it improperly can easily damage the finish.

Confirm all of this with your property before you order, to be safe.

Yes. The sign ships as a complete UL Listed set, and the Mean Well power supply is UL Listed too. The sign runs on a 12V DC LED system; the default power supply is the Mean Well LPV-60-12; outdoor signs use a Class 2 rated power supply; and the exact model is matched to your sign’s wattage. Wall wiring, switching, and final connections are arranged locally by a licensed electrician.

Not directly. Some U.S. outdoor and landscape systems supply 12V AC, while our signs run on 12V DC, and a 12V AC supply won’t drive the sign correctly. You would need a separate 12V AC to 12V DC converter, matched to the sign; we don’t supply it, so please buy it locally in the U.S. Normally the sign runs on a standard 110V AC line through the UL Listed Mean Well power supply we include. If your only power source is a 12V AC landscape line, tell us in advance.

Yes. We can supply dimmer, photocell, and timer accessories, but they usually have to match your lighting system design, so tell us the details before production. If you’ve already specified a model, share it, such as the Intermatic EK4000 series photocell (its mounting location is set by your architect) or the Intermatic ET90000 series time clock (usually best bought locally). Wiring note: a standard single-color LED sign has just two wires (12V DC positive and negative), while RGB and WRGB add a separate signal control wire; any control has to be planned before production so the sign is wired for it.

Often yes, so confirm before you order. Approval can involve size, color, brightness, location, installation, electrical, and permits. Ask your landlord or property manager for the “Signage Criteria” or “Tenant Handbook.” We adjust the drawings to your requirements, but local approvals themselves are the customer’s responsibility.

A Common model usually mounts about 3/8 to 3/4 in (10 to 20 mm) off the wall, so light reflects off the wall behind the letters and forms a clean halo.

Yes, but a slat wall’s texture changes the result, so the model you choose matters. Slat and fluted accent walls have deep grooves and an uneven, light-absorbing surface, and that works directly against the halo.

  • Common model: its halo is formed by light bouncing off the wall behind the letters, so the grooves absorb and break up that reflected light. You get a small, faint, patchy halo pulled tight against the letters.
  • Luxury model: its partly exposed acrylic back-panel emits light directly from the sides, before the light ever reaches the wall. That skips the wall-reflection problem, so the halo stays large, even, and noticeably brighter, and spreads wider — even over deep grooves.

On a slat or fluted wall we strongly recommend the Luxury model, so the sign pops instead of getting swallowed by the wall texture. Send a photo of your wall with your quote and we’ll confirm the best model and mounting for it.

After Sales

Every sign carries a 3-year warranty (optional 5-year) on confirmed manufacturing faults in the electrical and lighting system — the LEDs, internal wiring, and power supply — under normal use. We provide free replacement parts for covered issues and keep supporting you after delivery.

  • Any modification, refinishing, repainting, re-plating, drilling, or refurbishing after delivery — opening or reworking the sign voids the warranty, since the cause of a fault can no longer be confirmed.
  • Improper installation, or installation not done by a qualified installer or electrician per our instructions.
  • Physical damage, impact, or mishandling after it leaves the factory.
  • Use of a non-supplied power supply, the wrong voltage, or incorrect wiring (for example, 12V AC instead of 12V DC).
  • Water ingress or corrosion from improper installation or sealing, or an environment not disclosed before production.
  • Normal aging of finishes over time, and minor variation inherent to handmade metalwork.
  • Force majeure — fire, flood, lightning, storm, earthquake, or events beyond our control.

Clean with a soft cloth and clean water, and avoid alcohol, solvent cleaners, and harsh chemicals. Take extra care with these finishes: painted and powder-coated; plated and brushed; mirror-polished; brass, copper, and bronze; and vintage finishes.

Don’t install it, and contact us right away. If the outer box is damaged, photograph it before opening, keep the packaging, labels, and tracking number, and take photos and videos of the problem.

Have your installer pause, and contact us with photos, videos, your order information, and a description of the problem. We help diagnose it against your shop drawings, factory photos, and 24-hour light test records.

Elegant indoors: lobbies, reception walls, and brand walls

Backlit channel letters are just as much at home indoors: lobby logo walls, reception backdrops, brand walls, and corridor or floor signage are all familiar stages for them. Indoors, people view the sign up close, so the craftsmanship of the metal letter shells and the texture of the finish stand up to inspection, and the halo keeps your brand name glowing quietly on the wall, with a depth and presence that flat signs cannot match. That scrutiny is worth passing: in SRF’s research, 34% of consumers link the quality of a sign to the quality of the store and its products (per SRF, The Economic Value of On-Premise Signage)2. For interior brand walls we usually recommend the Luxury model: it mounts flush or nearly flush to the wall, and the partly exposed opal acrylic backing panel gives a brighter, wider halo that depends less on wall reflectivity, so it performs consistently on a wide range of interior walls.

With no sun or rain to worry about, interiors give you even more freedom in finishes and light colors: mirror polished, brushed, plated metal colors, and special effects such as wood grain or marble look all hold their appearance over time. The light color can follow your interior lighting design, with warm white flattering wood tones and warm spaces, and white suiting clean, modern styles. If you prefer a softer glow, the Common model works indoors as well, mounted off the wall for a gentle reflected halo. Send us a photo of the installation spot, and we will advise on the mounting method and color temperature together.

WHY US

Why buyers choose us

A visual summary of the practical controls behind every custom LED backlit sign project.

Built entirely to your design

Your sign is made to your logo, fonts, sizes, and colors, color-matched and confirmed on the drawings. What you get is your brand on the wall, not a close-enough stock shape.

Ready for U.S. projects

Signs ship as a UL Listed, 12V DC low-voltage system with a UL Listed Mean Well power supply, so a local electrician can wire them to code.

You approve before we build

Production starts only after you sign off on the shop drawings, and we build exactly to them. No guesswork, no surprises.

You see the quality before it ships

Every sign goes through a 24-hour light test, and we send finished photos for your approval before packing. You can inspect it while it is still with us.

3-year warranty

We cover confirmed, non-human-damaged electrical or lighting issues for three years, and we keep supporting you after delivery, not only up to payment.

Delivered to your door

By default we ship DHL door-to-door, tracked the whole way. DHL clears customs, and import duties are the buyer's — or choose DDP air freight to have duties handled for you. It's our proven preferred method over 20+ years, getting your sign safely to your door.
