What You Send Through Our Forms
Our quote and contact forms ask for:
- Your name, email address, cell phone or WhatsApp number and, if you wish, your country
- For a full quote, the approximate sign size, whether it goes indoors or outdoors, the model you want and, if you wish, your delivery deadline
- Your message or project requirements
The forms do not take file uploads. Logos, artwork and site photos reach us only when you decide to email them.
What We Ask for When You Order
Once you accept a quote, we ask for the recipient’s name, a cell phone number that can get text messages (WhatsApp preferred), a street address and the email address tied to your PayPal account. We do not ask for card or bank details, since you settle our invoice on PayPal itself.
What We Collect Automatically
Every visit also sends us standard technical details, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. Google Analytics helps us see how people reach the site and move around it.
How We Use It
We use your information only to look after your request and your order:
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare your quote and shop drawings
- To follow up by email, or on WhatsApp if we have not heard back from you
- To build and ship your sign

Who Sees It
We never sell your personal information. We pass it on only where serving you requires it:
- PayPal, to issue and collect your invoice
- DHL, or the carrier handling DDP (delivered duty paid) air freight if you choose it, to deliver your sign. DHL also contacts you by text message or WhatsApp about any import duty due.
- The companies that host, deliver and secure our website, handle our email and measure site traffic
Cookies and Do Not Track
Our site uses cookies so the forms work, and Google Analytics uses them to count visits. Google explains how it handles this data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. A Do Not Track signal from your browser does not change how our site works.
How Long We Keep It
