ABOUT PROJECT FABRICATION
One factory for the signage in your project.
The more sign types a project involves, the more suppliers you juggle, and the harder drawings, lead times, and sign-off are to keep aligned. We pull it into one place: we fabricate to your drawings, ship UL Listed as a complete set, and send finished photos for your approval before dispatch, so your project answers to a single factory.
On bigger projects, delivery timing is the core issue. A batch order runs through material sourcing, production, freight booking, and customs clearance in your country, so tell us your target delivery date at the very start and we plan around it, without disrupting orders already in production and without cutting corners on quality. Every set ships UL Listed and is backed by a 3-year warranty.
A full-line custom sign manufacturer
We are a China-based full-line custom sign manufacturer. Working from a mature sign supply chain and engineering to US electrical practice and the UL system, we fabricate signs to your drawings for general contractors, facility teams, and multi-location brands across the US and Canada; sign companies are welcome to work with us too. Project sizes run from a single set to a full multi-location rollout. LED backlit signs are the focus of this site; the factory itself builds every category.
One factory for your whole sign package
We make far more than backlit signs. In a single sign package we can build the illuminated signs (LED backlit signs, the focus of this site), non-illuminated signs, ADA signs, digital signs, and faux-neon signs for one project together: storefront backlit letters, room numbers, ADA tactile plaques, and wayfinding signage, all from one factory, one drawing workflow, and one round of sign-off.
Capacity and delivery planning
With more than 20 years in the sign industry, 500-plus pieces of production equipment, a plant of over 160,000 sq ft (15,000 sq m), and 2,500-plus new clients a year, our capacity is built for large batch signage programs and multi-location rollouts.
Production time scales with volume; there is no one-size-fits-all number of days. We complete your batch order as quickly as we can, without disrupting production already committed to existing clients and without compromising quality.
On large orders, delivery timing is the core issue, so tell us your target delivery date from the very start. A batch order moves through bulk material sourcing (not always from stock, so some has to be purchased for the job), production, freight booking, and customs clearance in your country, with many variables along the way. The earlier the date is locked, the more safely we can schedule and keep risk at the front end. Rushing against the clock is where delivery accidents happen, so on a genuinely tight timeline, contact us early and lock the quantity and dates as soon as you can.
Built to your drawings
Shop drawings confirmed, then production, then a 24-hour light test, then finished photos for your approval, then dispatch. We build only from drawings you have signed off, every sign passes a 24-hour light test before it ships, and nothing is packed until you approve the finished photos.
For multi-location work, the same drawing set is reproduced with zero drift from store to store, which is the core safeguard for a brand rollout. When conditions pull against each other, for example a high-reflectance wall in a hot, sun-exposed location, our engineers assess the model and structure case by case and resolve the conflict at the quote stage rather than leaving it for the crew on site.
Need drawings ahead of a bid? We can produce shop drawings or a physical sample for your bid as a paid engineering service on a case-by-case basis, and when the project is built by us that fee is credited toward your order.
What we do and what we leave to your local team
We handle fabrication: shop drawings from your design files, production, the 24-hour light test, packing, and dispatch. We do not do on-site installation, permit applications, or site surveys; those stay with your local team.
What we deliver is a UL Listed set (with UL labels on US projects), a 1:1 layout template, a wiring diagram, installation instructions, and mounting hardware (stud bolts, washers, and nuts), so your local licensed electrician can wire it straight in.
Project fabrication FAQ notes
- Do you install the signs?
- No. We are a sign fabrication factory and deliver a UL Listed set with all the mounting documents (1:1 layout template, wiring diagram, installation instructions); installation is handled by your local team or a licensed electrician. Yelp or Google Maps are good ways to find a local installer for your signage.
- Can you build exactly to our brand standards?
- Yes. We fabricate to your drawings and color values: colors matched to Pantone, and finishes across the full system (mirror, brushed, vibration finish, painted or powder-coated color, plated metal colors, and special effects). The finished sign is the standard itself, not an approximation.
- How is the lead time figured for a multi-location rollout?
- There is no fixed number of days. Production time for a batch depends on volume, and delivery also has to account for material sourcing, ocean freight booking, and customs clearance at the destination. Put the store count, the size at each location, and your target delivery date in your first message; we will lay out a phased production and logistics plan that does not disrupt existing orders or cut quality. The earlier the dates are locked, the safer it is, and rushing against the clock is where accidents happen.
- How is UL handled on US projects?
- The whole order ships as a UL Listed set, with UL Listed LEDs and a UL Listed Mean Well power supply (a 12V DC low-voltage system); US projects get UL labels, and the supporting documents travel with the shipment.
- What do you need for a quote?
- Your drawings or vector files (ai, eps, cdr, or PDF), sizes, quantities (a per-store list), finishes and light color, the mounting wall conditions, the destination, and your target delivery date. The more complete the information, the faster and more accurate the quote; we reply as soon as we have it.
- Can you produce shop drawings or a sample at the bid stage?
- Yes, as a paid engineering service on a case-by-case basis: send the project and we will tell you whether we can support it and the fee. Drawings you pay for are yours to use. When the project is built by us, that fee is credited toward your order, in part or in full depending on the order. Note that our drawings are engineered for our own fabrication process, so another factory may need to adapt them.
